The River Side private residence in Seoul harnesses the natural potential of its context, offering a breathtaking view of the Han River. The harmony between the architecture of the house and the stylistic choices of the interiors enhances the outcome of this project, in which the Minotti furnishing pieces help create warm, welcoming settings with a strong character.
The layout over three levels, alternating open areas with more private ones, evokes the experience of a hotel suite, where every corner is designed to offer comfort and privacy.
From the selected furnishing pieces to the carefully crafted finishes and materials, every element embodies a design that makes the penthouse both modern and inviting.
The first floor is designed as an open space, where the living area and an original dining lounge interact in perfect harmony. The Goodman seating system, designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, is the protagonist of this setting dedicated to conviviality, thanks to the distinctive curved design of its "Rainbow" modules. Soft, rounded shapes also define the Torii Bold swivel armchairs by Nendo, while the Doyle and Cesar coffee tables, both designed by Dordoni, add a decorative touch to the arrangement.
In the adjacent dining lounge area, the Oliver Lounge table by Rodolfo Dordoni embodies the elegance of contemporary classic style, characteristic of Minotti's philosophy. Additionally, a configuration of the Sendai sofa and swivel armchairs by Inoda+Sveje creates a convivial and relaxed space.
On the floor above, the atmosphere becomes more intimate. A partition wall separates two distinct yet connected spaces: on one side, a relaxing area houses the semi-curved Lars sofa by Inoda+Sveje, while on the other, a cosy corner in the bedroom is furnished with two Leslie armchairs by Rodolfo Dordoni.
River Side House is a functional and sophisticated residential space, where every detail helps to craft a pleasant atmosphere imbued with elegance.
